Unless otherwise announced, PPLUZ Committee meetings will be held from 7-9 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at 5165 LaVista Road, Tucker.
At its June 2006 meeting, the TCA Board approved formation of three PPLUZ working groups to continue exploring the feasibility of pursuing the following three legal tools for protection & enhancement of Tucker: overlay district(s), land trust and incorporation. The Land Trust Working Group has since been disbanded. The remaining two groups will be doing intensive investigation of the issues associated with each legal tool, gauging community support and proposing an implementation plan, if deemed appropriate. Your participation is encouraged!
